3D Transfer System

The existing large 3D Transfer System structure is suitable for 800~2500 tons of punching press, punching table length of more than 7 meters, mainly used in auto parts production and home appliance shell production.

5. Safe and efficient unstacking system

a) A set of system is equipped with two unstacking trucks, one is in the work, the other is loaded with new material pieces, to realize non-stop stacking and ensure the production efficiency of the whole line.

b) For safety reasons, the mobile trolley will separate the loading area from the working area to prevent safety hazards caused by various accidents.

c) In order to improve production efficiency, the double unpalletizing mechanism works simultaneously, and the double unpalletizing efficiency places the production bottleneck of the whole line on the highest cost punch mold and the 3D Transfer System host, so as to achieve the most efficient and economical production mode.

6. Remotely diagnose and maintain the system

All our large 3D Transfer System are equipped with remote module, when there is a need for maintenance, just connect the Internet cable, or plug in the network card, you can carry out remote diagnosis of the machine on the unified management platform of our equipment, without the support of on-site senior technical personnel can fully understand the state of the machine and give diagnostic opinions, and can implement remote upgrade. It greatly reduces the dependence of application customers on high-end technicians, and can get the fastest technical support response.

7. CE certificate
