Destacking system
Robot destacking includes: Destacking robot, destacking trolley, manual magnetic Separator.
Manipulator destacking includes: Destacking manipulator, lifting trolley, automatic magnetic separator, air knife separator.
The belt conveyor includes: Feeding belt conveyor, transition belt conveyor, and centering belt conveyor. Vacuum belt conveyor is used for transferring aluminum panel. Magnetic belt conveyor is used for transferring steel panel.
• Sheet material washer
Cleaning process for automobile steel panel before stamping. After cleaning, the steel panel can not only remove the dust and debris on the surface, but also evenly coated with a layer of rust-proof oil film on its surface, thus increasing the lubricity of the steel panel when stamping and molding, and improving the stamping quality of the panel.
• Blank oiler
Click on the screen to select the oil area, which can realize single and double-sided oil, oil per panel, oil at intervals, and can be adjusted automatically according to the formula.

ATC: Automatic change of EOAT.
We can provide 4 types of transfer: Single-arm robot transfer, translational 7-axle robot transfer, rotary 7-axle transfer, and 6-axle robot transfer. All four types can be equipped with the automated quick-change device, enabling one-click ATC for EOAT across the entire line. Among them, the single-arm robot transfer has the fastest transfer speed, with a max. production pace of up to 15 SPM.

Maintenance of Tandem Press Line
Regular Lubrication
This task involves applying lubricant to all moving parts of the machine tool. It helps to reduce friction and wear over time, allowing the machine part to move smoothly.
Cleaning
This is a critical operation task on any machine and often precedes any maintenance procedures. Using a vacuum cleaner or a blow gun, remove all chips and debris from the machine part. Ensure the area around the machine is also clean and tidy to reduce fire hazards.
Inspect Clamps and Bolts
Periodically inspect the clumps and bolts for any signs of damage or looseness. If anything is damaged, replace it. If anything is loose, tighten it. This procedure enhances the safety and reliability of the machine press.
