Thin Sheet 3 in 1 Decoiler Straightener Feeder

Thin sheet 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder by three machines as one, and driven by servo motor to enhance feeding accuracy. The parameter setting and machine adjust can be completed with one control screen and remote pendent, which greatly simplifies the operation procedure and improves the productivity advantage. It can be applied to various metal stamping related industries such as metal hardware, auto parts, electronics, electrical appliances, etc.

1. Suitable for normal carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, thin stainless steel and other materials, the thickness range is 0.3-3.2mm.

2. The machine overall installation footprint length can control to less than 3 meter save space.

3. Depends on material type, can increase head flip up system as option design.

4. Siemens, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa servo control system can be selected: high-precision feeding; humanized design and safety protection system etc., convenient for operating.

Loading Coil Car

• Spindle expansion range from 470mm to 530mm
• Siemens/ Mitsubishi inverter for a variable uncoiling speed
• Pneumatic coil press arm prevents material rebound and ensures safe operation
• 4sets A shelf to avoid coil side movement
• Pneumatic disk brake system
• Infrared photoelectric sensor loop control.

Straightener-Feeder part

 

• Structure: Servo motor driven, synchronous belt transmission, gear transmission
• Straightener thickness worm screw adjustment(electrical adjustment can be customized)
• Pneumatic straightening roller release
• Motorized Height Adjustment +/-100mm
• Straightener Roller material: GCr15(after quenched, high frequency annealing, the hardness is HRC58°-60°and then precision polishing.)
• Outgoing catenary to assistant support material device is used to guide strips from straightening part to press machine
• Straightening speed 0~22m/min,speed adjustable(can be customize)

Openable Straightening Head (Option)

 

• The upper straightening section is fully openable, allowing for convenient cleaning of the work rollers to remove oil stains, scrap waste, non-ferrous metal oxide layers, and other debris. This feature is typically selected for aluminum stamping.

Hydraulic Shear Machine (Option)

 

• The hydraulic shear is used to cut the material heads and tails for productivity improvement and better stamping product quality.
• The hydraulic cutting unit has four sides scissors to achieve smooth cutting.
• It's operated by touch screen control and with manual scissors adjustment.

 

Automatic Lubrication system (Option)

 

• Lubrication of steel strip before stamping will protect the stamping dies from damaging and prolonging the uselife.
• The automatic lubrication system is automatically controlled, with an oil loop recycling system, which will save oiling cost and prevent leakage.
