3 in 1 Blanking Line

3 in 1 Blanking Line in the short space design is especially developed to meet the needs of customers with not enough space. They offer process reliability even for the most demanding materials. They are optimally suited for the manufacture of structural parts as well as for processing of high-strength materials - even for the higher ranges of strip thickness.

The principles of decoiler straightener feeder are that the motorized Decoiler (Coil Reel) with drive continually moves the strip into a bottom coil loop supplying the Straightener-feeder, and then feed the coils strips into the power press machine as well.

Blanking line press can handle material strips up to 1600 mm stock width and approx. 9mm thickness, coil loading up to 25tons.
Decoiler straightener feeder machine press feeding line is widely used in auto parts industry, hardware stamping industry, home appliance industry, electric appliance industry and etc.

Compact Blanking Press Line is design to make thick plate of auto parts stamping, such as brake pads, front pillar, Seat slide rail, center pillar, flip wheel and so on.

With YASKAWA servo motor and drive and MITSUBISHI PLC, the feeding line can achieve the very accurate feeding ±0.15mm. Moreover, the whole compact feeding system is only 6m length, which will save a lot of workspaces for your press workshop.

1. Blanking line automation is made up of coil feeding system, conveyor system and stacking system.
2. The speed can be customized from 20m/min to 60m/min.
3. The coil feeding system can be separated uncoiler straightener feeder system or compact 3 in 1 uncoiler straightener feeder system.
4. The conveyor system can be normal belt conveyor or magnetic conveyor system.
5. The stacking system can be one station or double system for line non-stop when stacker exchange.
6. Layout can be customized design according to customer actual space.
