In modern manufacturing, blanking lines are key production equipment, and the standardization of their installation and construction is crucial.
The first is the preliminary preparation work. The hoisting company must be equipped with sufficient and qualified workers during construction. For example, each line requires at least 20 fitters, 6 electricians, 2 welders and 2 crane operators. Relevant personnel must bring all the work certificates, and personnel in specific positions must also hold corresponding qualifications. At the same time, various tools and tools must be complete and qualified, and the shackles must have a flaw detection qualified report.
There are strict requirements for the equipment installation process. For equipment such as presses, the hoisting company is responsible for unloading, unpacking, lifting, installation, pipeline piping connection, component assembly connection, electrical wiring and bridge laying after being transported to the site, and cooperates with debugging and rectification. The installation company is responsible for the secondary painting and repainting of the equipment and the purchase of paint; it is also responsible for the embedded plate, vibration isolator and leveling of the entire line of the blanking line. The tools for leveling the pressure plate are self-provided, and the secondary grouting of the embedded plate is the responsibility of the user.
In terms of quality assurance, quality problems caused by installation, such as oil leakage, air leakage, loose bolts, cracked welds, etc., shall be rectified and repaired by the installation company and the company shall bear the responsibility. In terms of on-site safety, safety fences shall be placed around the pit during installation, protective measures shall be taken for hot work, and labor protection equipment shall be worn for high-altitude work.
Other key points include that after the equipment arrives, the relevant parties shall jointly unpack and inspect and accept it; the equipment foundation shall be inspected and retested before installation; pad iron installation, grouting and other operations shall also be carried out in strict accordance with the standards to ensure the quality of the installation and construction of the blanking line and guarantee the subsequent production operation.
