Decoiler with Coil Car

Decoiler with coil car is a cantilever expansion and contraction drum type decoiler, which consists of a fixed base, a manually controlled mobile frame, a guide rail, a cantilever reel, a uncoiling motor, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic support arm at the end of the reel.
This machine is mostly used for metal roll forming production line or metal sheet cutting line. The fuction of decoiler with coil car is save labor and make the work more efficiency.

Expandable reel：The spindle expansion and contraction is composed of 4 sets of arc plates, and the oil cylinder pushes and pulls the main shaft to produce expansion and contraction

Hydraulic Spindle expansion：Scope of Mandrel Expansion range is Φ470-Φ530mm, and the inner diameter of 610mm is achieved by adding steel tiles(Optional)

Spindle Uncoiling direction: down uncoiling

Press arm: from cut off bundling belt which is used for fixing coil until the coil head is pressed tightly by straightener roller, to prevent coil rebounding; while whole feeding line working, let the coil uncoiling smoothly, to prevent coil dispersing.

PU rubber pressing wheel protects the material surface from scratches

Loading coil car(optional): auxiliary loading, and with automatic centering function, improves the accuracy of feeding and the efficiency of the entire production line‌.

Support arm(optional): support the cantilever end of the uncoiler drum to increase the rigidity of the drum rotation,Suitable for heavy duty materials
