Main Parts of 3 in 1 coil line

Loading Coil Car function: be used for moving coil to spindle of uncoiler smoothly, while uncoiling and entry the material head into straightener, it is used for supporting material head to let it entry into straightening roller smoothly, loading car is equipped with backup plate to prevent coil slipping off from loading car while moving little big distance, while hanging coil.

Decoiler part function: uncoiling is to fix coil on the spindle of decoiler, a supporting table to support coil Inner diameter, while working automatically, through material loop controlling instruction to make spindle uncoiling and loosing coil intermittently, equipped with coil diameter detection, to control uncoiling speed, ensure uncoiling line speed is uniform velocity, improved material loosing problem)

Straightener-Feeder part function: use unbending principle to release material bending stress to straighten plate, then feed into press equipment according to set length and speed

Flip Up Straightener Head(Option)

 

Straightener feeder head flip open system, for straightening roller and feeding roller easy clean. generally apply to thicker or higher yield strength materials and Materials with high surface requirements such as: aluminum, copper, hot-rolled sheets etc.

Hydraulic Shearing Machine(Option)

 

Use for shearing material head/end, and blanking too. Mainly use for thicker or high strength material, which is not easy to shear manually.

Oil Lubricator(Option)

 

This device can be selected at the discharge port of the straightener machine, and the spray type or roller type can be selected according to the customer's requirements for oiling. it is suitable for cooling when the mold heats up during the stamping process, and for lubrication when the product is stretched, to protect the mold and improve the pass rate of the product.
