High tensile 2 in 1 decoiler straightener is designed with focus on operational safety and production efficiency. It is mainly used to process various high-strength materials, including thick and thin plates, to ensure the stability and precision of the materials during processing.
Features
- Suitable for thicker coils with a thickness of 1.0-6.0mm
- 4sets A shelf to avoid coil side movement
- Press arm prevents material rebound and ensures safe operation
- Uncoiler spindle expansion: manual expansion (optional hydraulic expansion)
- Optional loading trolley to assist loading, saving time and effort
- 11 straightening rollers, 2 feeding rollers.
- Straightening adjustment method: 4 reducers for manual
- Adopt 4 cylinders for lifting method
- All rollers finished heat treated, hard chrome-plated, ground etc. After this craft, roller hardness comes HRC60-62°.
- Decoiler and straightener machine were combined in one machine, saving factory space and having reduce feeding errors.
- Machine equipped Siemens/Schneider low voltage components with CE certificate.
