1.  The Sheet Plate Leveling Machine is a quadruple structure with two layers of working rollers and two layers of support rollers. The leveling rolls are 60Cr forgings, quenched and surface hardened as a whole. The support rolls are two layers, made of 40Cr.

2. The upper working roller and support roller are integrated with the upper cross beam. The lower working roll and support roll are mounted on the machine base. Both the upper and lower support rollers are adjustable in the roller seat, so that the precision of the fit between the support rollers and the working rollers can be adjusted to obtain the best leveling effect.

3. The gap between the upper work roll and the lower work roll can be adjusted separately by means of a reducer motor, enabling the operator to adjust the gap quickly and shorten the auxiliary time when processing plates of different thicknesses.

4. The main power is driven by DC motor, through the reducer, gear distribution box and universal coupling, so that each roll has power, and the operation is steplessly regulated by DC speed regulator. Each roll support all adopts rolling bearing and centralized lubrication system.

5.21pcs leveling rollers, supported by strong support rollers from upside and downside, achieve high-strength and high-precision leveling.

6.The flatness accuracy can reach within 0.05mm.

7.Materials Yield strength greater than 980Mpa can be leveled.

8.Widely used in laser cutting, metal stamping, mechanical processing, saw blades, mesh plates, discs, and copper and iron.

9.Adding a support adjustment mechanism can achieve both horizontal and vertical leveling in one time.
