  • Thin sheet mechanical feeder is one type smart and easy to operate feeder machine in the market.
  • It can feeds sheet metal coil material width up to 400mm, thickness up to 2.2mm, with max. feeding speed 20m/min.
  • Operating with Computerize Numerical Control by PLC program from MITSUBISHI made in Japan, it can ensure +/-0.01mm high feeding precision.

  • Directly input the 20 difference feeding length on the control display screen and then it can reach needed feeding length, the Max. Feeding length is 9999.99mm.

Application

1.The feeder, also known as the cam feeder, is mainly used for high speed and high precision synchronous feeding, consisting of a housing, a first shaft (equipped with a splitter and an eccentric), a second shaft (equipped with a turret), a third shaft, and a Four shafts (equipped with a first roller and gear), a fifth shaft (equipped with a second roller and a second gear), a gear set (composed of third to sixth gears), a swinging seat, a swinging arm and a pressing device
2.The feeder is connected to the punch output shaft through the first shaft to operate, the splitter shifts the turret to rotate the second shaft, and the first roller is rotated by the gear set
3.The eccentric wheel drives the swinging seat to move up and down. When the swinging seat moves downward, the second roller and the first roller can rotate together through the second gear and the first tooth to perform feeding.
4.When the swinging seat moves upward, the second gear can be separated from the first gear, so that the second roller can be separated from the first roller to stop feeding, thereby ensuring high-speed and high precision feeding of the feeder
