Our Lines can also be equipped with Tooling Turnstiles and Automatic Tooling Robots. These systems are designed to reduce personnel requirements, improve set up consistency and accuracy, and improve tooling life.
Our High-Speed Slitting Lines
- Include "hands free" Uncoiler to Recoiler strip threading
- Include self-nesting/side shifting tooling bars
- Can be equipped with Choppers or Winders
- Include a pit crossover/tail out system
- Features "hands free" Recoiler threading (into the gripper slot)
- Include a Flex-Grip Recoiler gripper (automatically adjusts to the crown in the material for a better grip)
- Can be equipped with three types of Slitting Heads/Configurations:
1.Traditional Packed Arbor
2.Packed Arbor with a Tooling Turnstile (can also be used with an Automatic Tooling Robot)
3.CNC "fully-automatic"
